If you have met the scholarship criteria required to be inducted into the National Honor Society, congratulations! Now, it's time to fill out your application. Before you begin, you should know what you will be judged on and what NHS really is. Feel free to look around this site and the About page to learn more about NHS and what our members do. Print out the following document and fill it out. Once you are satisfied with your application, type it up on Microsoft Word, print it out again and gather the signatures needed for the leadership and service sections. Place the application in one of the advisors' mailboxes.

PART 3: Confirmation
Once your application has been review, you will receive a confirmation letter in the mail with information on the dates of the induction ceremony and the induction dress rehearsal. Do NOT ask about the status of your application unless you have not received a response days after others have.
